Stress is inevitable. It has become a part of life for most of us.   2. Confide: Most of the times, stress comes as a part of bottling up too much of things on your head. De-clutter few things by telling to a friend or family member.
  3. Include exercise and healthy eating: this regimen can make sure that you get a healthy brain that works just fine. A healthy brain equals to less or no stress!
  4. Sleep enough: Getting a sound sleep for about 7 to 8 hours a day is mandatory when it comes to handling stress. A good sleep refreshes you, and helps you de-stress, which also increases productivity.
  5. Don’t drown in perfectionism: Trying to be perfect sometimes is too disturbing and stressful. Aim to complete things perfectly, but do not drown completely in perfectionism.
